Matt Stutterheim: Founder
Matt Stutterheim, 69, is a Springs resident with over five decades of radio broadcast experience, starting with a part‑time job in high school, leading to program directorships at several public radio stations, ownership of an industry newsletter and directory, and management of three small‑market stations owned by his ex‑wife. In the late 80s he created the Puls Radio network in Russia, which obtained authority to build 100 stations. The project faltered after a power struggle with local undesirables, but six stations continue to operate. In the sixties and seventies he was a classical music commentator in New York City.
